I was pretty excited to attend Dubfest because it was going to be my first ever strictly Euro car based event. I'm not talking about only one specific brand but opened to every Euro make and model. Starting since 1999, Dubfest was and still is one of the events many Euro car owners mark as a priority to attend because of its event location and side activities that go along with the car show, such as Drag racing. There were tons of Euros and sponsors/vendors that made this event enjoyable to cover. Once in awhile, it's good for me to get out of the JDM scene and see how Euro owners mod their cars.
Just in case if you haven't read our 'About us' section or 'Info' section in our fanpage, I personally consider Euro cars as Imports because technically, they are 'imported' to the states, hence why I categorize Japan and European cars as Imports. I know both communities want to separate themselves, but I'm all about thinking positively and want every car enthusiast to become a family.

This past weekend at Osaka, Japan, our photographer Kaoru san attended an event called Super Carnival hosted by one of the biggest magazines in Japan, AF Imp (Auto Fashion Import). AF Imp has been publishing their own line of magazines for years and is known for introducing newest to modified European cars. This event by AF Imp is held annually and always overcrowded with spectators with the sickest cars in Japan.

While many classic owners are in the bleak moments of not knowing how to modify their car, Dave from NY was different. Owning a 1991 VW GLI, Dave already planned out what needed to be done and in a matter of time, a car that most tend to abuse was kept in pristine condition till today.

We can probably use a whole page to jot down the states that are huge in the automotive scene.
How about Baja, Mexico? We've probably seen some youtube clips and photo coverages of Mexico's automotive events, such as Rally and occasionally drifting, but not of a specific car that's finely modified as the one you'll be seeing today.

When we think of VW's, there are two modifications that come in mind; low offset wheels and air ride. Accomplishing those two finalizes the look of many VW's and many have been featured on magazines and blogs. There was one, however, continuously coming out with new looks and I was fortunate to find that specific VW to be exclusively featured on our site today. If you had a difficult time understanding the phrase 'attention to detail', this car will not only show you but will define it.

Let's start off with how much fame the car owner already has in the UK. A few years ago, his Pug 106 was in the 'Best of British' edition of the well known UK magazine Max Power. Yes, you didn't misread what I just wrote or neither did I make a mistake with the information provided by our supporter Fast-N-Modded.
Once again, the owner steps out from the shadow with another sexy car.

Escaped from Wonderland

White, a color that has so many meanings, but when it comes to cars, I shorten it down to three; purity, cleanliness, and sexiness.
Since my interest in cars, I've seen various brands/models, fixed up to the owners liking and resulting in a hate or like situation by others. It's either a crazy modded up ride or something just very simple.
This White Volkswagen, also known as the Rabbit S, is in that category of being simple but having all the three major aspects of having a white car.

The Euro scene always amazes me with clean cars.
Our photographer, Erin Clodfelter, recently did a photoshoot with this clean 2005 mk4 GLI from Houston.
Most of the Jetta's I've recently seen were on air, but amazingly, this one is static.

Event Coverage: Formula D/Fatlace 1of1: Title Fight (Part 1)

Probably the most intense and over-crowded event in California, Irwindale Speedway held the final round of Formula D with the top drifters all around the world. But before I get into depth about the drifting event, I want to share some amazing hellaflush/stance rides in California. For every Formula D, we can't forget about the collaborating crew, Fatlace.
The top cars are chosen to show their rides like every other FD event, but yesterday was more meaningful for all the participants because of the massive amount of spectators, well-known media blog photographers, and obviously, watching the final round of Formula D.
