There are basically two things I look at when it comes to our Random Spotlight features; Simplicity and Execution. A few weeks ago, our photographer, also a staff from Fast-N-Modded, attended a 650 mile cruise event called Scottish Modified. While looking through his photos to write up an Event Coverage, I came across a car I instantly fell in love with but had a difficult time trying to identify the make and model.
