Being in the scene for more than 2 years now, I have encountered numerous "types" of cars; from track to fitted, almost everything in the scene today. Of course I appreciate every type ...except ones that have fake intercoolers and fake blow-off valves that make your car look like piece of shit :) One style I really loved from the beginning was VIP style cars. Many might think VIP cars are all about slamming them to the ground with extreme fitment, but let me tell you, there is much more to it.

The debate about VIP style has been going on forever. Personally, I don't think there is an exact definition of VIP style. If there was a standard for what a VIP style car should be, then I'm pretty dam sure almost every car out there that fixes up their car in a VIP style way would be all the same. I personally think the "details" make up a VIP style car.

Well today, this coverage post is not to discuss about what is VIP style or not, but to show you guys how strong the VIP community is in Japan by posting up a coverage of one of the biggest VIP car shows called Sessions Platinum VIP, a show that is hosted by a VIP shop called Sessions. Like always, the show was held at Fuji Speedway. You will encounter numerous cars here and will realize the people in this show have a passion for VIP style cars. I have looked through the pictures Charles sent me last week and was shocked to see some of these cars going over the limit of fitment and the details that were put into it.

Dial in the camber, drop it, and let the mesmerizing begin. The attention this car gets at every show it attends is either with a sound or a silence of an amazement.

This VIP style White G35 Sedan is owned by Levon Pilavjian from Arcadia, CA, who is a member of the well known G35 group, Shyne. There were couple of features in the past on G's repping Shyne, such as John's G35 Coupe featured on Just Stance.
First of all, I'm pretty sure you were amazed by the overall camber,  but what you see is only a start. From the wheels to small exterior and interior parts, this car will not only show how a VIP style car should look, but defining the term VIP style.

Random Spotlight: One Dirty GS

We are back with our daily features and would like to share this beautiful but dirty GS owned by Albert from the DC.
Appreciating the VIP scene even more after going to AutoFashion's VIP Festival, I am amazed on how VIP owners concentrate on every single, even small, parts.
An overall slick looking body kit, interior modified to perfection, and sometimes a turbo or supercharger to feel that extra excitement while driving on the freeway.

Random Spotlight: Best VIP Camry

In my opinion, VIP or VIP styled cars is one of the best looking themed cars in the import scene. The choices of wheels, camber, stretch, drop, .. almost everything about it defines a "sick" car.

Here's a VIP styled car that I guarantee you guys will love!
It's a Camry modified in Thailand..and yes, it is a Camry ACV30 (or MCV30) = 6th generation (2001-2006).
I remember seeing couple of pics of this Camry in the past, but didn't get a chance to see the whole thing. Luckily, I found the whole batch of it in VIPstylecars.com. I don't have any information regarding its modification list, but you can get an idea of how well this car was made.
Thailand is stepping up their game in the VIP scene and they are making the sickest VIP cars as of today.

I hope this car becomes a stepping stone for all of you guys out there planning to go in the VIP route. Do it right!
