Can't believe a month passed after the first Sideway Sundays. The weather was gorgeous and the whole event was much organized despite the few changes. To bring you guys an even better coverage, most of the photos were posted on our supporting site OpenClutch, which will be posted in a week or so.
Personally, I was expecting a huge turnout and was keeping my hopes up. Although our site was in charge of media, we were monitoring every promoted forum and facebook, Compared to other car shows that charge roughly $40, Sideway Sunday's Car Show entry price was only $20. Lastly, the weather was much better. Taking all of this into consideration, the Car Show was smaller than the first event. I'm a bit disappointed, but after you guys look through this coverage, I hope some of you SoCal guys can make it to the next event, which will be on May 29th (Tentative).
But hey, I can't complain too much when gas prices are high as hell and we got amazing sponsors that are fully supporting this event, such as Eibach Springs...

The event had a new vendor, Trendy Threadz. If you've been to car shows, I'm sure you guys know about this company. Make sure to check them out for sick shirts, accessories, and even JDM DVD's!
This was around 9am and cars were slowly coming in. I was surprised to see the same cars that came to support the first event. Thanks guys!
There's NOS's Marketing Team Lead, Brian. He's pretty much my neighbor now because I see him at almost every event I go to.
Now to the Show cars, starting it off with Henry's Evo. He came to the first event and decided to show up again to support. We are scheduled to feature his car, but he's always getting new parts, so until things are settled, stay tuned!

Now to the Drifting area, there were a lot of drifters participating for the second event.
There's Tony from Team Infinit.
Most of the participants were the grassroots and I'm sure these guys will improve in a matter of time.
Huh? You don't usually see pick-up trucks drifting. These guys were pretty dam good on the track and heard they drift every week at Adams Motorsports.

Back to the Car Show area and spotted Jose, owner of the Audi.

Seen a few GT-R's and this one was probably the first 'non-project GT-R's by aftermarket companies' that I liked. Custom Midnight Purple body color, 20in Rays wheels, Varis CF hood, and much more.
