We're back with our coverage on Formula D and I have to share some depressing news with you guys. Andy Nguyen, our photographer who had media access, lost some of his own photos while transferring the data to his laptop :(
But let's keep our hopes up!!!! Who knows~ a miracle might happen and probably all the photos got transferred.
After showing you guys a 'preview' of what went on in the Slammed Society Car Show area, I want to share some photos from the actual opening of the main area where all the vendors/sponsors/drivers were located, which you also saw a preview from Part I.
There's Andy taking some shots during the break session. Hoping to hear some good news brotha!
Paul from Daily-Driven is right next to him.
Hey look! It's Kogi Truck! But unfortunately, it was only opened for the drifters.
But there were tons of food tents. The prices weren't friendly, but you have to fill yourself up after a long session of watching intense drifting!
Edgar Lozoya and I had to eat as well, so we headed back to the NOS booth. Before I forget, I want to thank Brian from NOS for inviting us to this event.
Baller status!
While our lunch break, I saw one of the staffs dancing. Do ya thing!
People were leaving to get food, but the crowd was still there.
Right in front of the NOS booth was this beauty.
Spotted Yogi and the staffs from Fatlace. Minh is sitting at the back and he's the owner of this Lexus.
There's Tamer Omran from MotorMavens.
Dino Images from Daily-Driven.
Back to the main area, the drifters were taking a break.
Taka Aono walked passed by me and I felt this charismatic aura around him. Some craziness in a good way.
There were a lot more cars on display by this time.
